Lovely area, very central location not far from health freak cafe located out the front of Jacobs ladder, town and suburbs like Subiaco and river cruise to fremantle with commentary which was enjoyable. Tidy and terrific rooms, overlooking the city. You can't help enjoying fantastic service

Particularly good views, and the location is awesome adjacent to downtown, and the centre of the city.

The location is fantastic, just a stroll from Kings Park and the city. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, though a bit dated. Parking is secure, which is a plus. Just be mindful of your room choice-some can be near the elevator, which may wake you up at night.

The layout of the rooms was excellent, as was the size. The location is great, right near the river and two minutes from the city centre with a free bus right outside. We were also please there was a free allocated parking space.

The king-sized bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped despite my mobility issues. I was disappointed to be charged $60 for leaving unwashed utensils, as my partner had to manage everything due to my injury. The location was convenient, with landmarks like the Museum of Perth and Elizabeth Quay nearby, adding to our family bonding time.

We love our family stays at Nesuto Mounts Bay. The spacious apartments are perfect for us, featuring a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and kid-friendly bedrooms. The hotel's location, close to Perth Children's Hospital and various attractions, is convenient. While the pool is small and some amenities needed attention, we enjoyed the comfort and value, making our family moments nice.

Had a great stay at Nesuto! The two bedroom apartment was spacious, perfect for the family, and the kitchen made tea-making a breeze. Parking was super convenient. Only downside was the shower pressure was a bit weak. Nice experience!

The spacious apartment. It was very clean, comfortable and very well set out. It was close to the city, in fact we walked to the Boxing day sales.
Reception wasn't always attended. Our Apartment was a long way from the main Reception area. It was initially hard to locate our Apartment. The main, big swimming pool was empty. The one we had to swim in was very small and not deep enough.

The location was spot on, just a short walk to the waterfront and easy access to local attractions. The laundry facilities were a lifesaver, so I went home with clean clothes, which was awesome. Plus, the pool was great for cooling off after a long day of meetings!
The lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms was a major downside, especially with the heat! It felt uncomfortable at night since the lounge AC didn’t quite reach. the parking situation was a bit confusing, and I had to navigate around to find my spot. Would've appreciated better maintenance too.

Spacious design of the apartment, serviced apartment, well stocked kitchen
menu at the restaurant could have been more extensive, lack of ramps for easy access and many stairs which made it difficult to handle heavy luggage or many shopping bags full
